1. Introduction

Welcome to UKTTA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket via the website uktta.co.uk (“Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Event Overview

UKTTA organises tattoo conventions across the UK, including but not limited to Manchester (Depot Mayfield) and Birmingham (New Bingley Hall) Facebook+5UKTTA+5Skiddle+5.

3. Ticket Purchase & Use

One-time ticket purchases are required to attend our events. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Site at time of purchase.

Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.

Each ticket admits one person for the specified day(s) only.

4. Pricing, Payment & Confirmation

Prices (e.g., weekend, day passes) are set per event and subject to change.

Full payment is required at time of booking.

A confirmation email, including your ticket, will be sent upon successful payment.

Please present this confirmation at entry, either printed or digital.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are not generally available, except in exceptional cases (e.g., event cancellation).

For eligible refunds, contact our support team at INFO@UKTTA.COM with your order reference UKTTA.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify ticket holders and issue refunds or alternatives.

6. Entry & Conduct

Entry is granted only with a valid ticket and ID, if requested.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the venue for behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant with event rules.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Attending a tattoo convention carries inherent risks. You participate at your own risk.

We do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at the venue, except where governed by law.

Tattoo artists and traders are independent; UKTTA bears no responsibility for their services or products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including branding, designs, images, and promotional materials, is owned by or licensed to UKTTA.

You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site materials without our written permission.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Any personal data collected (e.g., via ticket purchase) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK laws (e.g. GDPR).

We may use your contact details to send event-related updates, unless you opt out.

10. Changes to the Event or T&Cs

We may update these T&Cs, with the latest version posted on the Site.

Material changes to the ticketing process or event format will be communicated via email and displayed on the Site.

11. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
