Important Notice — Duplicate Charges
We recently identified a system issue that caused some ticket orders to be charged more than once. If you were affected, your refund has already been processed and you should have received an email confirmation. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
